To enroll, you need your Social Security Number and your confidential Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Your default PIN is the last 4 digits of your SSN followed by the last 2 digits of your birth year. 

• Example: If your SSN is ***-**-1234 and your birth date is 1-1-1985, then your PIN would be 123485.
