To enroll, you need your Employee ID and your confidential Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Username: Employee ID (4 Digit EEIDs will have a leading zero)

PIN:  Last 4 digits of your Employee ID + full birth year 

Example: John Doe's Employee ID is 12345 and was born on 1/1/1980. The username would be 12345, and his pin would be 23451980

Example: Jane Doe's Employee ID is 1234 and was born on 1/1/1980. The username would be 01234, and the pin would be 12341980
