To enroll, you need your Employee ID and your PIN.

PIN: Last 4 Digits of Employee ID and Full Birth Year; if your Employee ID is less than 4 digits, use your entire Employee ID

Employee ID: your employee ID can be found in Workday. From your Workday homepage, hover over your profile in the top right corner of the screen and click, View Profile. Select Job from the left navigation menu, followed by Job Details. 

Examples:

Jane Smith, EID: 15, born 1/1/1980; PIN = 151980

John Doe, EID: 3412, born 1/1/1980; PIN = 34121980

Jane Doe, EID: 12345, born 1/1/1980; PIN = 23451980
