To enroll, you need your Social Security Number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). 

PIN: Last 4 Digits of your SSN + the last two digits of your birth year. 

Examples: 

John Doe, last four of his SSN: 3412, born 1/1/1980; PIN = 341280
